Cowgirl with a navy alter ego

Whether by horseback or on a cruiser, Emmanuelle always arrives in style. Seen here outside Dolce & Gabbana in a Balmain blazer and Isabel Marant boots.

Big Smile, Great Style

Stylist and designer Elisa Nalin is one of the most bubbly people that I've ever met. She always has the biggest smile on her face, which makes me smile whenever I see it or think about it. Smiles are so beautifully infectious! And her style is amaazing. You can always find her in the most charming and colorful outfits!

Trench Love

Christine is brilliant in a Tom Ford for Gucci trench and Alexander McQueen fold-over, peep-toe booties.

Line Master

Valentina's soft lines are enviable. She stunningly pairs a textured, kimono-style sweater with a plaid shirt, boyfriend khaki trousers and killer platform sandals. Her look epitomizes casual chic.

Two seconds with Ekaterina...

after the Jil Sander show. It's always nice to see Ekaterina, even if it's only for couple of minutes after a show.

Seventies Track

Ok, we're on track. The seventies are back and thank God they brought Giovanna, in these serious Sergio Rossi embellished boots, with them!

A Bird of Paradise • Jeneil Williams

Even though I grew up in the US, I feel very connected with my Jamaican heritage. That's one of the beautiful things about the US: you can submerge yourself in the American soil while holding on to your foreign roots. And, no matter where you go in the world, you can identify not only with other Americans, but also people from your native home. So I don't have to tell you how excited I was when I bumped into model Jeneil Williams, a fellow Jamaican, while grabbing lunch during Milan fashion week. What was the highlight of my encounter with the stunning model? I found out that we hail from neighboring towns.

Milan Fashion Week!!!

Hello there,
I've missed you. I've been running around mad for the past four days doing the thing I like best: shooting street style. A great big thank you to all the editors, buyers and show attendees for your patience and graciousness in letting me take your picture. I know this was a crazy week for you all given the compressed, four day schedule.

Since I've been away for the last few days, I wanted to greet you with a treat. This season I was invited by Versace to cover the Versace show and Versus presentation. It was the first time that an invitation of it's kind was extended to me, and I would like to thank everyone at Versace for their kind consideration. The experience was truly the highlight of my week as both collections were fierce! Here are a couple images:

More images to follow in my Refinery29 Milan Fashion Week Diary. I'll let you know when it's up. O.k., good to speak with you again. I have to get back to work now. Big kiss. Tamu
